The Foundation took up with assistance of Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital Management, donations from trustees and members and a seed grant from Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata of a total sum of 100 Million Naira. 

Notable donation was received from:
DR. USMAN YAHAYA KANSILA of N1,000,000.00 (1 Million Naira)

⚀ SOURCING FUND

The Foundation is able to source funds through
- Contact with Corporate Organisations.
- the placement of coin boxes at ommercial areas.
- contact and network which succeeded in getting the Tissue testing (NNPC) to be sited at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital,(AKTH).
- its website that has the potential to reach international donors.

⚀ AID AND SPONSORSHIP

The Foundation has sponsored (4) kidney transplants.
All transplants so far have been successful.
The Foundation has intervened in virtually all Dialysis centres in Kano and Jigawa states through quarterly donations of Dialysis consumables to the tune of N500,000.00 each (half a million Naira).

The Foundation, with the help of health professionals, all of whom within the board are experts ensure thorough screening and identify patients with acute needs before consideration of intervention.

After consultation with licensed Pharmacist, it has also identified most common drugs needed by transplant patients of the Foundation and established contact to import and it available for purchase
at a lower price in comprison to the market price from which a lot of people have subscribed and highly benefitted.

⚀ FINANCES

The Foundation ensure financial prudence the Foundation has appointed a most prominent firm of  chattered accountants (Ahmed Zakari and Co-Chattered Accountants to monitor and Audit the finance of the finance of the Foundation.
In the same spirit and in line with the mission of the Foundation Ahmd Zakari and Co. offered this service FREE of charge to the Foundation.
